**Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance of the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders. + Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers and branches. + Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. + Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage practices. + Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. + Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks. + Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor promptly. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management and general labor. + Material handling skills. + Customer service capabilities. + Proficiency with forklifts and RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Basic computer and inventory system skills. + Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided). + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working with a leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, parts, and supplies, with a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and team collaboration.
