**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving goods, processing receipts using the M2M system, labeling products, and organizing them in the warehouse. You will also pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems, ensuring that all packages are correctly labeled and ready for shipment. $17/hr 7am - 3:30pm (6am when OT) **Responsibilities** + Receive and process goods using the M2M system. + Label products and organize them in the warehouse. + Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems. + Package and label products for shipment. + Follow work assignments, directions, and instructions provided by the Production Lead. + Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM. + Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses. + Assemble electronics subassemblies to install harnesses. + Maintain a safe and organized work area. + Ensure efficiency requirements and quality standards are met regularly. + Follow safety requirements and all safety policies. + Determine job order requirements following production priorities. **Essential Skills** + Experience with wire gauges (AWG) and terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors typically used for wire harness fabrication. + Ability to review assembly instructions and engineering drawings. + Proficiency in using hand crimpers. + Knowledge of packaging, material handling, pick, RF scanner, packing, order picking, and shipping. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to maintain a safe and organized work area. + Familiarity with efficiency requirements and quality standards. **Why Work Here?** This temporary role offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and post-tax contribution options.
