**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down forklifts (5K propane) and performing various warehouse duties. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts (5K propane) for 60% of the day and perform various warehouse duties for the remaining 40%. + Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. + Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval. + Pull pallets by SKU, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient storage. + Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies. + Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline operations, manage inventory, and maintain records. + Efficiently put away received goods into designated storage locations. + Repack orders as needed to meet customer specifications and ensure safe transport. + Create and apply labels to products and packages for identification and tracking. + Split cases from pallets as required, ensuring items are correctly sorted and stored. + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are free of debris. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of warehouse and forklift experience. + Forklift certification (recertification provided on-site). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. + Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** Our facility is CTPAT certified, ensuring the highest standards in supply chain security.
