**Job Opening:** **Warehouse Worker – Join Aerotek in Airway Heights, WA for a hands-on role in steel fabrication with competitive pay and growth opportunities!** **Location:** Airway Heights, WA **Company:** Aerotek **Pay:** $20 – $24 per hour (includes benefits) **Shifts Available:** + **Day Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) + **Swing Shift:** 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Thursday) **Key Responsibilities** + Lift and move steel plates (up to 75 lbs) + Read blueprints to assist with layout and assembly + Operate tools like grinders, tape measures, and mag drills + Prep materials for welding by removing rust and mill scale + Track parts using software to maintain workflow + Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) + Organize and transport cut-to-size plates for machining **What We’re Looking For** + Comfortable lifting 75 lbs regularly + Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn + Team player with a strong work ethic + Experience in fabrication, grinding, or assembly is a plus **Why Work With Us?** + Competitive hourly pay with benefits + Career development and training + Supportive team environment + Exposure to advanced industrial equipment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
