Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

Join our team as a warehouse worker, where you will play a vital role in the packaging of laminated products and securing boxes with tape. You will palletize boxes, operate a shrink-wrapping machine, and move materials efficiently to designated areas. Additionally, you will receive training to operate the Slitter machine, which converts large rolls into smaller, manageable rolls.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with packaging laminated products and taping boxes.Palletize boxes and operate the shrink-wrapping machine.Move materials to designated areas.Learn to operate the Slitter machine for roll conversion.Essential Skills6+ months of warehouse or machine operator experience.Proficiency in packing, production, picking, and general labor.Experience with pick and pallet jack operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsFriendliness and willingness to learn.Previous teamwork experience is advantageous.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.Skill in measurements to inspect parts and confirm sizing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a family feel environment, where casual attire such as T-shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes is the norm. Training hours are set from 7am to 3pm, transitioning to flexible 8-hour shifts. Take advantage of either 15-minute unpaid breaks or a 30-minute lunch.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
