**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team in a warehouse environment where you will be engaged in hands-on work throughout the day. Utilize basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers to disassemble electronics. Your computer and data entry skills will be essential as we use a proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel for inventory management. Primary tasks include disassembling computer components, outdated or damaged server racks, and memory banks. Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs is expected, and you'll rotate through various departments, offering a variety of tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use basic hand tools to disassemble electronics.
+ Perform computer data entry using a proprietary system and Microsoft Excel.
+ Disassemble computer components, server racks, and memory banks.
+ Lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the day.
+ Rotate through different departments for varied tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to follow written directions.
+ Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
+ Skill in using hand tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Steel toe or composite boots required.
+ Experience in inventory management.
+ Familiarity with packing, picking, material handling, RF scanners, production, unloading, and shipping.

**Work Environment**
Our facility in Sterling, VA specializes in processing old computers, racks, and servers, either wiping them of data for resale or destroying them for metal. Teamwork is crucial here, as strong attention to detail is necessary for sorting materials. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Steel-toed boots are mandatory from day one.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
