Warehouse Technician

How You’ll Make an Impact   

Maintain secure storage and precise inventory control for materials and equipment to ensure complianceOperate material handling equipment to transport inventory across designated Spectrum locationsReceive shipments, validate against purchase orders and update inventory systems according to audit requirementsStock materials in assigned locations and promptly notify management of shortages or damagesProcess orders, returns and material stock requests using Spectrum’s inventory and billing systemsManage deliveries to retail stores, off-site warehouses and other Spectrum locations as neededAssist with preparing, counting and reconciling daily, monthly and annual inventory cycle counts

Warehouse environmentExposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures, and periodic high noise levelsWork outdoors in all kinds of weatherWork and travel in inclement weather

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Experience   

1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

Skills   

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to communicate and prioritize workloadAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to maintain accurate recordsAbility to work independentlyAbility to operate and obtain certification for material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jackAbility to operate Microsoft Office Suite and bar-coding equipmentAbility to operate company vehicles up to 24 feet or greater in lengthKnowledge of basic mathematicsValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within Spectrum and State DOT standards
