As a Warehouse Technician, you will provide operational support to our Gladstone facility, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods and inventory.

**In this position, you will:**
+ Maintain a safe working environment, including all related machinery and equipment.
+ Physically handle all materials through the warehouse and manage inventory control.
+ Load and unload vehicles; receive, verify, store, pack/unpack goods and materials.
+ Accurately maintain inventory records and perform daily cycle counts and annual stock counts.
+ Use ERP and logistics systems (e.g., SAP) for managing receipting and shipping.
+ Prepare and complete packing and documentation for delivery or pickup.
+ Liaise with internal and external parties to optimise process and document flow.
+ Understand transport company requirements and shipping/handling legislation.
+ Operate and maintain forklift and overhead gantry crane as required.
+ Ensure the warehouse is organised, presentable, and safe at all times.

**For this position, you must have:**
+ Previous experience in a similar warehousing role with shipping and receiving responsibilities.
+ Current Forklift and Overhead Gantry Crane License.
+ Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
+ Knowledge of import and export requirements.
+ Experience using ERP and logistics systems such as SAP.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective business relations.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Physical strength and dexterity to perform heavy work.
