Warehouse Technician
**Warehouse Technician– Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Consistently meet performance standards in **Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance** , and **Team Collaboration** + Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including: + Packing small and large parts + Loading and unloading trucks + Order picking and parts counting + Wrapping, labeling, and crating products + Export packing and shipping/receiving + Stock keeping, cycle counting, and general housekeeping + Operate warehouse systems such as **ORACLE** and other **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** + Use **RF scanning** and other PC-based applications for inventory and order processing + Accurately read and interpret: + Pick tickets and packing instructions + Safety alerts and operational communications + Drawings and instructions for light assembly work + Operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment + Perform additional duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least **1 year of warehouse experience** + Minimum **6 months of forklift operation experience** **Preferred Skills & Competencies:** + Strong knowledge of **safety protocols and procedures** + Flexibility to work overtime as needed + Valid **Forklift Certification** + Willingness and ability to learn new tools and processes + Experience with **ORACLE** or similar systems + Effective **communication and organizational skills** + High attention to detail with a **customer-focused mindset** **Physical Requirements:** + Regularly required to **stand, walk, and sit** throughout the shift + Ability to **lift up to 25 lbs regularly** and **up to 50 lbs occasionally** + Use of **manual dexterity** for hand tools and equipment + Operation of **mobile equipment** as needed + Consistent use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** + Daily attendance and interaction with team members is essential **Work Environment:** + Work is primarily conducted in a **temperature-controlled warehouse setting** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
