**Warehouse Technician** 3PM - midnight $18.75 **Job Description** Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Technician in our newly expanded facility equipped with the latest cutting and tempering machines. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our 2nd shift team in the loading and warehouse department, contributing to the production and shipping processes. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the production, cutting, and tempering process of glass. + Operate machinery and handle the loading of glass into machines, ensuring accurate measurements according to order tickets. + Participate in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading glass from semis and storing it properly. + Prepare glass for the IG line and utilize overhead cranes to lay glass flat for forklift transportation. + Load finished glass products onto semis for shipment. + Move products within the warehouse, ensuring attention to detail and safety. + Manually handle windows, positioning them on caster tables and shipping racks. + Engage in heavy lifting, handling units up to 75 lbs with two-person lifts for heavier items. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, production, and assembly. + Proficiency in general labor tasks and heavy lifting. + Ability to measure using tape measures and tempering tools. + Manufacturing and production experience is required. + Mechanical inclination, such as experience in working on cars or disassembling items. + Experience with forklifts, hand tools, and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is beneficial but not mandatory. + Overhead crane experience is a plus, with training provided for willing individuals. + General labor experience for handling glass panels is advantageous. + Production experience is preferred but not essential. + Candidates with a solid job tenure of one year or more are preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
