Who we’re looking for
Toyota's Parts Distribution Center in Baltimore, MD is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Member to join our 2nd Shift Team.
Reporting to the Operations Leader, the Warehouse Team Member is responsible for receiving, storing, picking and shipping service parts and accessories to our customers. The person in this role will support the location's objective to deliver the right part at the right time, damage-free to our customers.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work as a team member receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts to over 117 dealerships. Warehouse Team Members are required to rotate job tasks and work overtime to meet business needs. This job requires dedication to continuous improvement, participation on warehouse committees and kaizen projects. Team members must maintain an acceptable work attendance record.

Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environmentAbility to work 2nd shift with daily and/or weekend overtimeCarrying, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.Ability to lift and carry automobile parts without power equipment assistanceVisual capacity to clearly recognize, read and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, instructions and to operate powered equipment Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and closed toed safety shoes

Starting hourly rate: $28.55 per hour + a shift differential of 5% of the base hourly rate.
