WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Plan and organize daily/ weekly warehouse activityOverseeing the outsourced logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective product deliveryContribute to innovation and continuous improvementReview and maintain procedures and practices as requiredEnsure people are appropriately trained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure thorough understanding of agreed outcomesAct as the primary point of contact for Logistics teamEnsure dispatching is with accordance with priorities plan and within time frameFacilitating daily operations with factories, other WHs and co_packersManage finished stock, packaging and inventory in warehouseCoordinate container movements by site/ liaise with freight companies as required.Raise electronic purchase orders as requiredReceive, batch check and store received goodsElectronic receipt of inwards goodsMonitor consumable stock and raise purchase orders to replenish to agreed levels in casePlan and perform physical count quarterlyMaintain Stock matching accuracy between systems and physical location accuracyWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience.Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Production) / LogisticsExperience in Logistics / Warehousing / DistributionFMCG background is preferredExperience with 3PL ManagementSkills
