Responsibilities\nAssign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion of operational activities.\nSupervise team members and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nMonitor workflow accuracy, material handling discipline, and general warehouse efficiency.\nConduct periodic stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nReview and prepare basic reports and updates using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.\nSupport employee onboarding and skills development through on-the-job training and coaching.\nEnsure compliance with safety, material handling, and traceability standards.\nCollaborate with other stakeholders to support overall operational goals.\nRequirements\nA graduate of any 4 year course\nWith working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nWith proven leadership skills and experience in managing or guiding a team\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities\nWilling to be assigned in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite \n
