No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead and manage day-to-day prisoner interactions to maintain an organised, compliant and safe service

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nYou'll work in a prison environment daily, leading a group of prisoners professionally and safely within a warehouse \nThe role includes regular manual handling (up to 20kg), physical tasks, and picking and packing orders, with full training and equipment provided.\nSome periods can be fast-paced, so you'll need to stay organised and calm under pressure.\nAs a Team Leader, you'll also take part in hands-on tasks, including preparing and delivering canteen orders on the wings.\nReconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation \nEnsuring operational targets are met and exceeded\n\n
