Job Description

First-Level Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first level of technical and functional support and troubleshooting to end-usersSystem Implementation and Customization: Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) and validate system functionalities before and after go-lives, conduct functional tests and ensure correct technical implementation of system requests and improvementsProject Support: Work with Global or Regional Project or IT Team, collaborate with Operation Team, and represent end-users community as key person to translate operation needs into system solutionsEnd-User Training: Create job aids and conduct trainings to end-usersOn-going Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrityContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancementsProcess Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of operation processes and executionDocumentation: Help develop and document validation, change management and corrective / preventative action based on operation requirementsNonconformity Identification: Learn to identify, document, and track system and operation issues with the aim to supporting development of resolutionContinuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshop to improve skills and knowledge to support operation

Job Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any majorAt least 1 year experience with SAP system is a mustProficient in MS Office is a mustExperience in quality management, supply chain, or warehouse operations will be plusLanguage proficiency: English, Cantonese, MandarinBig affinity with software systems and process handlingPositive attitude and strong willingness to learn, strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
