Job details Seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Supervisor. You'll be the go-to person between our headquarters and our West Coast operations. Your main job will be to make sure products are received, organized, and shipped out smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily work in the warehouse and keep things running smoothly
... Receive and track products coming in and going out

Help with picking, sorting, and packing orders

Operate a forklift and make sure equipment is used safely

Keep shipping records and paperwork organized

Make sure the warehouse stays clean and follows safety rules

Lead and train the warehouse team

Keep track of goals and report progress to management

Stay on top of deadlines and manage your time well

Communicate clearly with our main office and team members

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience tracking performance and reporting numbers

Background in shipping or working with multiple locations

Familiarity with warehouse software

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience supervising a warehouse or similar setting

Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

Forklift experience (certification is a plus)

Good at staying organized and meeting deadlines

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Clear communication and strong attention to detail

Knowledge of warehouse safety rules
