Responsibilities\nCommunicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires\nAssign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership\nTrack team and individual performance of your employees\nTrack the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees\nSupport to implement improvement activities\nPerform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (break-bulk; re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties\nPerform basic stocktaking and inventory checks as well as basic data entry into the warehouse management system\nMaintain material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable)\nBe part of a team where your observations and suggestions will be heard and acted on\nRequirements\nCan communicate in Chinese language\nGCE O Levels or equivalent\nMinimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse, with minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor leading a small team\nCan do, passion and right first time attitude\nResults-driven, strong ability to drive performance standards within the team\nAbility to manage change processes and deliver results under stress\nCoaching and active listening skills\nConflict resolution and problem solving skills\nWork independently without direct supervision\n
