Key responsibilities • Lead end‑to‑end warehouse, yard, and outside‑storage operations; optimize layout, workflow, and overall inventory stewardship across sites.• Own inventory accuracy and controls (cycle counts, staging, put‑aways, discard write‑offs) and promptly resolve discrepancies.• Manage and govern warehousing master data in SAP; ensure transactions and records are accurate, timely, and audit‑ready.• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and carrier performance via TMS; ensure on‑time shipping/receiving aligned to production and customer requirements.• Support production readiness by pulling orders at least 24 hours in advance and partnering with supervisors to keep line‑side inventory accurate.• Deliver on KPIs for warehouse service, production staging, cycle count accuracy, discard, and cost control; lead cross‑functional continuous‑improvement initiatives.• Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA forklift compliance, allergen storage, raw‑material tempering); train employees and maintain required certifications. Qualifications and skills • Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field from an accredited institution; Technical School degree preferred. • Experience 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or leadership role; Warehouse Supervisor experience strongly preferred. • Certifications Hazmat shipping certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification. • Leadership Strong team‑leadership capability with the ability to communicate and cascade organizational vision effectively. • Coaching & Development Proven ability to motivate teams and coach employees for continuous improvement. • Skills Excellent attention to detail, strong time‑management skills, and superior organizational abilities. Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $75,602 - $123,432 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
