Provides leadership in the warehouse and ingredient preparation operation to ensure safety, quality, cost and morale are kept to Mondelez standards with resources available.
How you will contribute
You will:
1) Manage teams operating in the Warehouse and Ingredient preparation.
2) Sets the direction for the operation of MDLZ warehouse and ingredient preparation team.
3) Identify losses in the area owned and solutions to eliminate the losses.
4) To build capability of the team to support the elimination of losses and career growth.
5) Lead implementation of IL6S ways of working in the warehouse/IP location.
6) Standard owner for applicable MDLZ HSE standards.
7) Standard owner for applicable MDLZ Quality Policy.
8) Ensures adherence to local and MDLZ labor standards/policies.
9) Contributes to improving employee engagement.
10) Ensure warehouse and ingredient preparation operates while maintaining compliance to all applicable control policies and be audit ready every day.
11) Ensures zero unplanned losses linked with warehouse and ingredient preparation operations, finding solutions to address gaps.
12) Leads investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation for incidences, audit findings, Gemba findings in the responsible area.
13) Owns the budgeting and cost management for warehouse and ingredient preparations to support meeting conversion cost commitments.
14) Ensures timely systems transactions and achieve zero system and physical variance.
15) Ensure aging RPM are kept to a minimum and plan on time disposal.
16) Ensure support to achieve plant CBN and set common goals.
17) Envisions and plans for the future of the warehouse and ingredient preparation.
18) To support and execute any other activities instructed by superior.
1) Must possess a minimum Degree in Logistics and supply chain management.
2) 2-4 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing.
3) Able to write, read and converse in both Malay and English.
4) Able to use Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) proficiently.
5) Can work in shift if needed.
6) Willing to work during weekends or holidays as needed.
7) Able to manage multiple level of stakeholder.
8) Team player, quick learner and able to problem solve.
9) Punctual and able to make simple/quick decision.
10)Can work independently.
11) Able to operating forklifts, reach truck and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
