**Case Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Warehouse Supervisor/Lead in Mahwah, NJ** **Location:** Mahwah, NJ **Shift:** 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) **Pay:** $25-$27/hour **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, staging orders, conducting cycle counts, and overseeing inventory management. This role requires day-to-day supervision of warehouse staff and independent problem-solving abilities. **Responsibilities** + Run daily warehouse operations efficiently. + Oversee shipping and receiving processes. + Manage staging orders and ensure timely dispatch. + Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory management. + Supervise and provide daily guidance to warehouse staff. + Solve problems independently to ensure smooth operations. + Drive forklifts to load and unload pallets. + Train other warehouse staff in forklift operations and warehouse procedures. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in shipping and receiving. + Strong skills in inventory control and warehouse management. + Ability to conduct cycle counts and manage inventory effectively. + Experience with ERP systems. + Proficiency in driving forklifts. + Demonstrated leadership skills in a warehouse setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous supervision or management experience in a warehouse environment. + Strong computer skills related to warehouse inventory systems. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahwah, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
