**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for the afternoon shift, Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm. In this role, you will manage the transition from the morning shift and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams across various areas such as Shipping, Order Picking, Replenishment, and Inventory. You should be well-versed in operating WMS (Warehouse Management System) software and capable of stepping in to operate Order Picker and Reach Forklifts when necessary. **Responsibilities** + Manage the transition from morning to afternoon shifts. + Allocate resources to appropriate departments for the afternoon shift. + Lead and supervise teams in Shipping, Order Picking, Replenishment, and Inventory. + Facilitate the implementation of new processes. + Operate WMS software and occasionally assist with Order Picker and Reach Forklift operations. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year in a warehouse team lead or supervisory position. + 3+ years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, Picking, Inventory Management, and Cycle Counts. + Proficiency in WMS and RF Scanner usage. + Experience with Order Picker Forklift and Reach. + Strong leadership skills and adaptability to change. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial supply or automotive parts. + Customer service experience. + Team leadership capabilities. **Why Work Here?** This contract-to-hire position offers a pathway to a salaried role in a large and growing company across North America.
