Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Orangeburg South Carolina.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including receiving, storage and line replenishment of raw materials and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

Oversee the receiving and distribution of goods.Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.Maintains proper levels of stock within warehouse to ensure maximum profitabilityMaintains files on all equipment.Identifies skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them.Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouseResponsible for ordering necessary equipment.Ensures WIP locations are adequately and routinely stocked.Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouseEscalation and may have stockroom reports

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Associate degree or equivalent experience5 years Supervisor experienceExperience of BaaN MRPBasic MRP KnowledgeExperience with KronosMS Office KnowledgeGood Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formForklift Experience (preferred)Inventory Cycle Counting experienceWarehouse experience for high-speed production linesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Capable in guiding a major initiative that impacts the site.Exercises judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Facilitates team in making group resolutions.
