Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, you will Manage the activities related to the receiving, storing, or shipping of materials or finished goods ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped promptly. Review receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct. Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules and products are shipped following marketing schedules. Establish and modify operational methods and procedures. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Main responsibilities:
Manage employees and daily activities.Monitor and report employee productivity and warehouse metrics.Manage the budget and expenses of the warehouse and its employees.Maintain equipment and alert management to any discrepancies or concerns.Develop processes to improve efficiency.Confirm that items such stocks received, system transactions and inventory are accurate.Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with health and safety rules and regulations.Conduct a routine inspection of the warehouse.Ensure the 5s methodology is applied in warehouse areas.Communicate with internal and external partners.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
2 years of experiencie in Warehouse management and people management.
Previous Experience using SAP.
Intermediate level of English.
