Key Responsibilities:\nMonitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.\nResponsible for inventory management.\nTrack daily activities and report to your superior.\nEnsure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.\nGuide and advise subordinates on daily operations.\nEnsure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.\nManage and plan the daily workforce.\nMaintain cleanliness of the work area.\nPrepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.\nPrepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.\nPrepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.\n\n

 

Requirement:

 

\n\nMinimum Diploma  with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehouse setting environment.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.\nMust be willing to be based at Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)\n
