Responsibilities\nSupport the warehouse operations and maintain service programs and logistics service solutions designed to meet the requirements of a specific DHL Supply Chain Customer.\nUpdates the service performance-reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility of DHL’s performance against the commitment made to the customer.\nAssist the warehouse executive in executing day-to-day operational duties to fulfil the key metrics set by the customer.\nAssigns work schedules, ensures that team members are trained in warehouse processes and monitors their progress.\nEnsure that the customer's enquiries, requests & complaints are promptly & efficiently attended to.\nMonitor and follow up incoming and outgoing shipment.\nMonitor daily activities and report to the superior.\nGuide and advice subordinates on daily operational activity.\nRequirements\nFresh Graduate/ SPM\n2 years supervisory experience\nManaging customer expectations of DHL service improvement and operations development in line with DHL’s ability to react to customer needs.\nConduct investigation in the event of discovery of discrepancies in cargo.\nEnsure the safety and security of the warehouse premises is maintained by working closely with the Safety & Security Team.\nTrain and guide the warehouse operation staff and new staff in the areas of discipline, safety and warehouse operations.\nAny other responsibilities as required by Management of DSC.\nAbility to explain work procedures and safety rules.\nAbility to read, understands, and follows directions/ instructions.\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members.\n
