Warehouse Supervisor
**Date Posted:** 2025-10-09 **Country:** Canada **Location:** CANON122: 285 Brindle Rd, Petawawa, ON, 285 Brindle Road, Unit CC128, CFB Petawawa, ON, K8H 2X3, Canada **Position Role Type:** Unspecified We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor based primarily at our Petawawa, Ontario facility to manage the day-to-day operations across both the Petawawa and Renfrew, Ontario locations. This role will supervise all aspects of warehouse activities including inventory control, material handling, storage, shipping and receiving, transportation and logistics. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and coordinate all warehouse functions, including inventory management, material movement, and general warehousing activities. + Supervisor warehouse personnel across two locations, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. + Ensure safe and efficient operations in compliance with our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program (i.e. warehouse staff is equipped with the information, instruction, training and supervision required to perform their work safely). + Perform asset management and transportation functions to ensure effective and timely support to all program activities. + Ensure awareness and training on applicable operating systems, products and equipment for warehouse personnel. + Facilitate the receipt of goods to schedule for inbound/outbound freight and internal services between export/import, shipping, receiving, inspection, and warehouse personnel ensuring timely, cost effective compliance to applicable contractual requirements and regulations. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Support program management meetings with the customer. + Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Department of Transportation (DOT), Transpiration of Dangerous Goods (TDG), US/Canada customs regulations and environmental standards. + Ensure warehouse operations align with quality and compliance standards such as ISO 9000, AS9100 and ISO14001 and maintain required documentation and evidence to support the auditing process. + Support reporting activities required to demonstrate compliance with corporate and divisional Supply Chain Management policies, goals and objectives. + Identify, monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and collaboration. + Oversee the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE). + Ensure accurate completion and approval of employee timesheets and proper labour coding. + Coordinate security measures and provide escorted access to warehouse facilities as needed. **Requirements** + 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving. + Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence and drive team performance. + Working knowledge of customs and freight regulations is an asset. + Familiarity with Canadian Department of National Defence systems is considered an asset. + Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. + Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to meet deadlines and performance targets across multiple warehouse locations. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Management Systems. + Solid understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse optimization and logistics best practices. + Flexibility to support afternoon/evening shifts and travel to the Renfrew location, as required to support staff. **Raytheon Canada Limited offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.** _The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods._ _Raytheon Canada Limited (RCL) adheres to the principles of equal employment and welcome applications from all qualified persons.
