Job Description

Job Duties:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse

- Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure they are meeting performance goals

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods

- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and protocols

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse

Work Experience

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExperience in inventory control and warehouse operationsExcellent organization and time management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making skillsClear communication (verbal and written)Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (degree in logistics/supply chain a plus)2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ year in a supervisor roleAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periodsFlexible schedule/overtime
