Adecco is assisting a client searching for an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** in the Jupiter, FL area. As a **Warehouse Supervisor** you will be responsible to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure that productivity targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control. + Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards. + Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies. + Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation. + Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time. + Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. + Communicate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet shipping and delivery timelines. + Implement and maintain safety procedures and company policies to promote a clean and safe work environment. + Prepare reports on inventory levels, employee performance, and other KPIs as required. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. + 3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. + Forklift certification preferred. + Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS). **Working Conditions:** + Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment. + May require overtime, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs. Shift Schedule: from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Pay for this position is $27.00 /hr.
