Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient processes, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes.
• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance goals and adhere to safety standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Work with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to support warehouse activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate warehouse productivity, safety, and service levels.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the site’s strategic planning initiatives.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail to identify discrepancies, minimize errors, and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements • Proven experience in warehouse or procurement management, with a track record of leadership.
• Proficiency in handling material equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and suppliers.
• Familiarity with monitoring KPIs and using data to improve operational performance.
• Commitment to maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to train and develop team members to achieve growth and operational success.
