No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nAssisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)\nLine management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work\nEnsuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations\nStaff training and inductions\nMeeting and exceeding operational targets\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nCurrent three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)\nThe ability to work in a prison environment, alongside inmates\nPrevious experience leading, managing or supervising a team\nIT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting\nHave a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach\nEnhanced security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role\n\n
