This full-time, afternoon shift role offers an opportunity to grow your leadership skills while driving day-to-day performance in a warehouse setting.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members throughout the shift Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations Manage scheduling, time approvals, and incident reporting Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement solutions to improve efficiency Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across the team

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

3–5 years of warehouse and supervisory experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with safety protocols and warehouse best practices Ability to coach, support, and develop team members Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MHE certification (or willingness to obtain – training provided) High school diploma or equivalent Logistics and process improvement experience is an asset
