Responsibilities: • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processes. • Supervise and guide warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to meet operational demands. • Implement and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. • Utilize ERP systems to manage workflow and optimize resource allocation. • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures. • Process and analyze data using CRM tools to improve performance and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve overall operations. • Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and support career development. • Prepare reports and provide insights to management regarding warehouse performance. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and supervision. • Proficiency in ERP systems and other operational software such as Epic and About Time. • Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and check processing. • Exceptional communication skills to lead teams effectively and interact with stakeholders. • Experience with CRM tools for data analysis and customer relationship management. • Knowledge of ADP and financial services for operational efficiency. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing demands. • Proven track record of improving warehouse processes and team performance.
