About the Role
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will support day-to-day warehouse and facility operations by managing inventory, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure a safe and well-organized work environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll DoMaintain accurate warehouse inventory, including supplies, parts, and toolsPurchase supplies and parts and help solicit and compare bids for inventory needsTrack, manage, and coordinate third-party inspections for tools and equipmentSupport preventative maintenance programs by organizing schedules and documentationCoordinate inspections and work with third-party contractors as neededMaintain safety and compliance documentation for the facilitySchedule safety trainings, required certifications, and new hire training sessionsUse computer systems to enter, track, and maintain records and reports
Position QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older High school education or equivalent Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and common office softwareFamiliarity with office equipment such as copiers or fax machinesThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamReliable and consistent attendanceMaintain a professional, respectful, and positive work environmentCommitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role may involve a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and using a telephone for extended periods. You may occasionally work in varied environments, including areas with heat, cold, dust, or noise. The role can include bending, kneeling, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
