**105251BR** **Job Title:** Warehouse Specialist - Hutchinson, KS **Department/Function:** Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities **Job Description:** **Warehouse Specialist — Hutchinson, KS** This is a salaried, non-exempt level role **About the Role** As a Warehouse Specialist, you will support day-to-day warehouse and facility operations by managing inventory, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure a safe and well-organized work environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to keep operations running smoothly. **What You’ll Do** + Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, including supplies, parts, and tools + Purchase supplies and parts and help solicit and compare bids for inventory needs + Track, manage, and coordinate third-party inspections for tools and equipment + Support preventative maintenance programs by organizing schedules and documentation + Coordinate inspections and work with third-party contractors as needed + Maintain safety and compliance documentation for the facility + Schedule safety trainings, required certifications, and new hire training sessions + Use computer systems to enter, track, and maintain records and reports **Position Qualifications** + Must be 18 years of age or older + High school education or equivalent + Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and common office software + Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers or fax machines + The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team + Reliable and consistent attendance + Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive work environment + Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct **Nice-to-haves** + Experience supporting warehouse, maintenance, or facilities operations + Experience purchasing supplies or managing inventory **Work Environment & Physical Requirements** This role may involve a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and using a telephone for extended periods.
