**Job Title: Warehouse Specialist** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient shipping processes in a production work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires experience with inventory tracking software, USP and FedEx shipping, and cycle counting. **Responsibilities** + Oversee inventory and schedule product shipments. + Pick products for shipment and work orders. + Manage the shipping and receiving area, ensuring customer satisfaction. + Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels, ensuring order accuracy. + Record items taken from inventory and fulfill orders. + Wrap or pack goods in shipping containers. + Address and label packages, compute freight or postal rates, and record shipment weights and costs. + Inspect receipts for accuracy in part numbers and quantities. + Deliver receipts to the warehouse team and manage packing materials for disposal or reuse. + Schedule trucks and execute the Committed Items Report. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting within a production environment. + Knowledge of RF Gun, ERP, and shipping software. + Ability to read and write in English. + Capable of lifting 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School education or GED. + Prior warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team of over 50 automation professionals dedicated to innovative machine control solutions.
