Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Good Receipt operations @SAP; Verifying materials against receiving documents, Reviews delivery notes and invoices of shipments received.Responsible for Delivery Note operations @eportalResponsible for Good issue to operations @SAPSupplier NCR preparations (examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages)Transport organizationManage subcontractor inventory control activitiesController for scrap sales @supplier site (MKS etc.)Warehouse documents preparations (bin labels, material labels, EHS training, Maintenance Request etc.)Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, following safety and compliance standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate, additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plusProven experience in warehouse operations or a similar roleResidency in or willingness to relocate to Istanbul or KocaeliHaving experience with any ERP programBeing comfortable with working shiftsAbility to use MS Office programs
