Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Execute critical tasks with a high degree of accuracy to meet client and operational requirementsParticipate in an on-call rotation based on staffing and workload needsWork overtime as requiredOperate in a -20°C freezer environment with appropriate PPEPerform core warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, quality control, inventory management, order processing, and shippingPrepare and maintain essential documentation for reporting and complianceFoster effective working relationships with customers and internal departmentsWork independently on moderately complex assignments, applying sound judgment to resolve issuesPrioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyAdhere to all work rules and Standard Operating ProceduresPromote trust and collaboration across internal and external teamsEncourage teamwork to achieve goals and drive positive outcomesDemonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approachObtain and maintain certifications for all required material handling equipment (MHE)

Qualifications

College coursework or degree preferred, but not requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operationsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with proven multitasking capabilitiesThorough knowledge of warehouse policies and proceduresProficient in warehouse management systemsEffective decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and WordPhysically capable of prolonged standing, frequent bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularlyExperience with material handling equipment (MHE) is a plus

Anticipated hourly range: $22.30 per hour - $32.00 per hour
