Overview As a Warehouse Site Leader, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by training warehouse associates, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire business unit across all shifts. The Warehouse Site Leader will manage front line staff and to help fill in with other leadership staffing Responsibilities Manage the training of all warehouse personnel to include onboarding new team members. Work with location leadership to improve processes and help reinforce processes. Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Execute Lighthouse responsibilities. Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally. Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel. Coaching and issuing discipline. Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training. Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field. Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma. Your experience with supervising front line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment. Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making. You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally. This may require off-shift and weekend work with some travel. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver’s license. Safe driving record strongly preferred.
