**Overview**

As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will play a vital role in managing shipping and receiving operations within a highly regulated environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials critical to our biotechnology mission.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), including electric pallet jacks and turret trucks, safely and efficiently.
+ Perform basic transactions using ERP and RF systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Support receiving and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation in ERP systems and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
+ Label, stage, and store materials in designated warehouse locations, including cold storage, following cGMP and safety protocols.
+ Pick, pack, and ship orders—including hazardous and biological materials—in compliance with cGMP and approved procedures.
+ Fulfill material reservations to support CDMO operations promptly and accurately.
+ Transport materials across the site while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards and safety requirements.
+ Conduct daily and weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate material tracking.
+ Deliver materials to internal teams, documenting all movements per GDP standards.
+ Prepare outbound shipments using shipping software and maintain all related documentation.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas consistent with cGMP requirements.
+ Comply with all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and handling of hazardous materials.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
+ Working knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, etc.).
+ Ability to pass computer-based assessments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers.
+ Strong team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
+ Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.

**Work Environment**
This position operates in a highly regulated warehouse setting, requiring strict adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The role demands precision, time management, and consistency in following established procedures. Standard shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for alternate shifts (e.g., 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

This is a Contract position based out of Gaithersburg, MD.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
