We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager (12 Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension) to work closely with the operational team on site to develop a full and detailed understanding of key customers' needs and support the site to meet those requirements.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nEnsure that clients' defined quality and service level targets are met as a minimum and that site and statutory imposed standards are achieved by providing detailed metrics showing the results in all operational areas.\nDrive compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, Health & Safety and quality within all areas of the operation.\nEnsure that daily operational issues are dealt with in a proactive, efficient and timely manner, specifically those relating to quality and service within your area and as the support to the Operational Shift Supervisor.\nEnsure the contract is compliant to all Health & Safety regulations and company processes.\nAct as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated in a formal and professional manner.\nOwn and produce all KPI metrics, reports, project data, query reports, exceptional process requests from the customer, daily KPI packs for Teamleaders PD's, Cycle Count process, any reporting relating to the operation.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role\nExcellent organisational skills\nMinimum 12 months of experience in team management\nAny WMS or SAP Experience is an advantage\nGood understanding of Health and Safety practices\n\n
