Job Description

As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be entrusted with the following critical responsibilities:

Meticulously receive and inspect all incoming products to ensure quality control and accuracyEfficiently load and unload trucks, adhering to all safety protocols and company proceduresConduct thorough comparisons of item quality and descriptions against packing slips to maintain inventory integrityUtilize advanced computer systems to cross-reference supplier products with our internal inventory numbers, ensuring precise record-keepingSystematically stock products in their designated locations, optimizing warehouse organization and accessibilityAssign appropriate locations for new products, adhering to established warehouse management principlesExecute picking and packaging of products in strict accordance with sales order specificationsProcess Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) into the system with utmost attention to detail, and diligently follow up on any unassigned RGA numbers with the appropriate personnelMaintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and shipping areasPerform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational excellence

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Receiver position must possess the following qualifications:

High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent educational certificationMinimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse environmentDemonstrated proficiency in forklift operation, with current certification preferredAdvanced computer literacy, particularly with Windows applications; SAP experience is highly advantageousExceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environmentExemplary work ethic characterized by self-motivation, punctuality, versatility, and a consistently positive attitudeMeticulous attention to detail, coupled with superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of performance
