**Job Title: Warehouse/Quality Assistant** Job Description We are seeking a motivated Warehouse/Quality Assistant to support the processing and tracking of rework in our warehouse. You will play a crucial role in maintaining communication with customers and ensuring the efficient handling of rework materials. Responsibilities + Communicate with customers regarding the status of rework and track returns. + Convert and manage PDF files efficiently. + Package items, print labels, and coordinate shipments via FedEx. + Utilize Excel to track rework and provide updates to customers. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail for tracking information for Health Canada. Essential Skills + Proficient in administrative clerical tasks. + Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word skills. + Strong English communication abilities. + Previous experience in administrative or shipping roles. + Experience in shipping & receiving, quality control, and quality inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience with shipping and receiving is advantageous. + Experience in quality or regulatory processes to understand the bigger picture. Why Work Here?
