We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nShift pattern: week 1 Monday-Friday week 2 rest day during the week and 1 weekend day\nCarry out Induction Training for all new staff\nEnsure mandatory training is up to date and meets the legal requirements, including Heath & Safety, Fire and COSHH. \nMaintain up to date and accurate training records for all employees. \nConduct training for new starters and refresher training for existing colleagues on Warehouse systems and procedures. \nWorking with site H&S, HR & all Warehouse Management to achieve training targets.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nHave previous warehouse experience as this is essential\nPrevious experience of training within a warehouse environment is preferable \nManual handling experience is essential \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n
