As a Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that products are sorted, packed, and shipped with precision. From handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, you'll use your skills and lifting equipment to keep things moving. You'll also master the RF scanner and play a crucial role in loading and unloading semi-trailers. O
Responsibilities:
Sort and Organize: Arrange boxes on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.Pick and Pack: Handle products of various sizes using lifting equipment.Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners to keep track of inventory.Load and Unload: Manage semi-trailers with completed pallets.Essential Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in picking and packing products.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using RF scanners.Heavy Lifting: Skill in loading and unloading semi-trailers.Equipment Handling: Experience operating lifting equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Warehouse Experience: 3-6 months of hands-on experience.Strength: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours and mandatory overtime.Forklift Experience: Preferred but not required.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
