**Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)** **Job Description** A committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift is required to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be engaged in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, for which you will use a lift. You will also utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. Our team works from Monday to Friday, from 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2am and occasional Saturdays. **Responsibilities** + Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. + Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment. + Use RF scanner for inventory tracking. + Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets. **Essential Skills** + Experience in picking and packing products. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Skill in loading and unloading semi-trailers. + Experience operating lifting equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-6 months of warehouse experience. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Flexibility with working hours and mandatory overtime. + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** You will receive forklift training and certification, which offers great long-term advancement opportunities.
