Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador – Zona Industrial (Must reside in Guayaquil)
Work Hours: 100% on-site
Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Start Date:  January 2026

Warehouse & Physical Distribution Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of warehouse and transportation operations. This role requires strong and hands-on warehouse management experience, as it oversees daily operational performance, inventory accuracy, 3PL governance, and quality processes. The position serves as the main liaison with the 3PL partner and is critical to ensuring smooth end-to-end physical distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily reviews with the operations team to align priorities and resolve issues.

Review daily truck loading plans to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.

Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and damages.

Validate operational execution through Teams updates and daily control routines.

Oversee customer delivery performance and escalate issues when needed.

Ensure on-time PO & GR processing, especially for import orders from Mexico.

Review and approve inventory adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels.

Manage key inventory processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and IRRA reports.

Generate Purchase Orders for warehouse operational expenses.

Act as the primary contact for the 3PL on all operational topics.

Align and close corrective and preventive action plans with the partner.

Oversee warehouse and transportation execution to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

Drive initiatives to improve operational quality standards.

Lead internal quality controls and ensure compliance with audit and structural requirements.

Perform operational and structural compliance audits.

Lead monthly reviews of warehouse and transportation KPIs.

Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

Manage the warehouse operating budget, ensuring proper cost control and allocation.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse management, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control.

Experience in physical distribution, warehouse & transportation operations.

Strong understanding of inventory and billing processes.

Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.

Basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements in transportation and trade operations.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems in transportation and trade operations.

Ability to accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision.

Eagerness for learning opportunities and may assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.

Experience with 3PL partners and compliance management.​
