As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Starting total Pay of $22.00 per hour on night shift ($22.00/hr. base + $.50 shift differential)After training receive raise to $24.00 per hour plus incentives!Uncapped earning potential plus base rate increase after training!Full Time, day shift and Night shift are available4 day work week + Overtime!

You will contribute by:

Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headsetStacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doorsEnsuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standardsOperating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damagesInforming Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or descriptionPerforming equipment inspections & completion of appropriate formFrequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levelsHaving the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shiftWalking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or moreFrequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overheadPossibility of working on multiple levels of varying heightSafe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
