Responsibilities:
Pull retail, wholesale, and grower orders accurately and efficiently

Pack, sort, and ship fulfillment orders according to customer and shipping requirements

Operate automated carousel picking systems and handheld scanners

Process packing lists and shipping documentation accurately

Ensure priority shipments are completed on time

Customize cartons and skids to meet customer-specific requirements

Properly scan, track, and move inventory using materials management systems

Restock inventory, perform stock runs, and maintain bin locations

Identify and report out-of-stock items

Maintain clean, accurate timekeeping and documentation

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Skills:
High school diploma or GED required

Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking experience preferred

Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math skills required

Experience using scanners, barcodes, and spreadsheets preferred

Ability to learn and use computerized picking systems (e.g., carousel or PickPro systems)

Good communication skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

High School

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift and move materials consistent with warehouse operations
