The Warehouse Operator II is responsible for performing normal shipping and receiving functions as well as pre-production activities, such as weighing and dispensing raw materials, deliveries around the site, and cleaning of the raw material and finished goods warehouse.

This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Materials Department located in Muskegon, MI and will be an on-site role.  

What you will do:

Receiving, sampling, and putting away raw materials while following all company and site specific requirements for safety.

Using scales and automated dispensing machines to weigh raw materials for production while following the proper PPE requirements including goggles, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves, personal respirators, etc.

Delivery of production and non-production material to different departments and buildings on site with the use of a forklift and delivery truck.

Who you are:

High School diploma or GED

Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment

Must have the ability to obtain a mobile equipment license

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Possess, or have the ability to possess, a passport for possible travel to Sweden for training

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40lb, as well as stand for long periods of time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Previous experience in shipping and receiving and working with an ERP system

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
