About the role + 1 year+ forklift experience needed. Machine palletizer experience is a plus but not required. + Must be able to understand and use SAP functions + Must be able to use equipment needed to perform job (computer, scan gun, portable printer, forklift, machine functions, radio (walkie talkie)). + Must have problem solving skills. + Individual will have to complete a 90-day probational period with no attendance issues and perform job functions. + Must be able to work 8-hour night shift, Monday - Friday, including weekends as needed. + Must be able to comply with all Kerry's safety policies, GMP's, and food safety regulations. + Must have reliable Transportation. + Must have good communication throughout the job. + Must be a team player and work well alone or with a team. + Individual will be crossed trained in multiple areas within the department. + Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. + Able to work well in moments of stressful situations. Key responsibilities + Must be able to understand, write, read and speak English. + Must have a basic Knowledge in math. + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as it its needed throughout the night. + Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions including reading production schedule. + Complete any other assigned duties.
